We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Account Executive specialising in paid media, especially paid social and paid search to join our forward-thinking and rapidly growing digital marketing agency.

As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing client accounts, executing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results across various paid search and paid social platforms.

Execute end-to-end implementation of paid search and paid social campaigns, including campaign setup, ad creation, keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and bid management.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and identify optimization opportunities to improve key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates and ROAS.
Conduct ongoing campaign optimisation by adjusting bids, refining keyword targeting, testing ad copy variations, and exploring new audience targeting options.

Performance Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular performance reports, analysing campaign metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
Utilise analytical tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Collaborate with the analytics team to gain deeper insights into data trends, customer behaviour, and market dynamics.

Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss strategic initiatives, and address client queries and concerns.
Effectively communicate complex digital marketing concepts, campaign results, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand client accounts, presenting value-added services and solutions to drive business growth.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Bachelor's degree - marketing, advertising or advertising is optimal but equally science, computing, accounting or media
Experience (1+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on managing social media or search marketing
Understanding of major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok ads and other relevant platforms.
Creative mindset - a good feel for how creative can impact campaign performance
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing industry.
Google Analytics, Data Studio) is a plus.
Knowledge of Email marketing, SEO, content marketing and/or other digital marketing channels is advantageous.

Salary: £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience
Holiday: 25 Days/year
