Job Title: Digital Designer
Location: Northampton (On-site initially, with flexibility to work 2 days per week from home after successful probation)
Salary: £28k - £32k per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create digital experiences for web and mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality, user-centric designs.

• Collaborate with developers to deliver seamless, functional, and aesthetically appealing websites.

• Utilise tools like Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress, and CCS to bring ideas to life.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, CCS, and WordPress.
\n
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and digital design work.
\n
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus.
\n
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
