*JOB PURPOSE*
* Under the supervision of the Director, Corp IT Delivery, Strategy & Planning , this position is designed to support the IT functions of the operations based in the UK, NL and US with best in class Digital Employee Experience.
* The position supports the day to day management of the company’s DeX technology partners and the implementation of new IT systems and policies for end-users in the LG entities
* This position will input into the development of the LG DeX strategy and roadmap, and will support the delivery of this roadmap in terms of Project Management, PMO & the budgetary governance.
* This position will also be responsible for managing the outsourced Managing Agents and External Partners to ensure that they are delivering the necessary services and service levels required to support the LG end user base.
* This position will form an integral part of the internal “face” of DeX and will be the key interface for the DeX userbase across Liberty Global helping to improve the perception of the service within all users groups.
*KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES*
* Oversee day to day delivery and service for Digital Employee Experience
* Own all service issues and escalations through to successful resolution, leveraging both LG and External Partners snr. Mgmt. as appropriate
* Support the development of the DeX vision and strategies as it relates to the organization's infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems)
* In conjunction with the Group Security team and the DeX Engineering and Operations, manage the security posture of the LG Digital Employee Experience environments to ensure compliance with LG policies
* Develop, manage, and track the LG DeX department's annual budget
* Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT DeX services by monitoring key performance metrics
* Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
* Provide direction and guidance to our outsourced services provider

* Consumer of the LG DeX service
* VP DeX
* Technical teams operating in our European Central operations
* Executive Leadership Team
External:
* Third party technical support teams under External Partners
* Hardware and software vendors
* Contingent labor (as required)
*KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE*
* Proven experience as an IT professional managing projects, initiatives and services
* Sound understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
* Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
* Experience in controlling information technology budget
* Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* Experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the organization
* Excellent team player and decision-making skills
