After a phenomenal two years, smashing aggressive growth targets MoM, YoY, this brand is showing no signs of slowing down. They are continuing to invest in their affiliate programme after back to back successful launches in other key terrorities, so it's an exciting time to be joining the team!
The Digital Marketing Assistant role is brand new hire for the team and you will work closely with their International Digital Marketing Coordinator, to support with the day-to-day running of their affiliate and partnership channels, with a key focus on Netherlands, France & Ireland.
About the Role:
Plan the marketing activity for the Netherlands and other EU markets.
Develop & execute their Netherlands affiliate programme.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key affiliate publishers and creators in Netherlands and other EU markets.
Approve and sign up affiliate partners to join their Netherlands programme.
Work closely with influencers to develop creator campaigns in Netherlands and arrange gifting to content creators.
Identify and reach out to new content creators to increase the brands active partnerships.
Work with the design team to brief assets in Dutch for all relevant marketing collateral and sign off creative assets for affiliate partners.
Support the Coordinator with reporting and analysis.
Support the digital marketing team with translations for other performance channels.
About You:
ESSENTIAL:
You must be a Dutch native or fluent in Dutch
Happy to speak to graduates or candidates with +6 months experience in Digital Marketing
An interest in Affiliate/Digital marketing (previous experience in Affiliates is a bonus!)
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, retail environment
Passion for the Beauty industry
Motivated and career-driven
