Role Highlights:
* Lead digital marketing efforts to support sales and marketing goals.
* Manage and develop the website, optimize content, and enhance user experience.
* Track and improve website performance using analytics.
* Oversee ecommerce orders and web product information.
* Coordinate with external contractors/agencies for technical marketing needs.
* Create and track social media content and paid digital marketing campaigns.
* Manage digital marketing budget and report to the Marketing Manager.
* Analyse sales and marketing data for insights and improvements.
* Utilize CRM data for personalized customer journeys.
* Develop email marketing campaigns and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
Desired Skills:
* SEO skills in Google Analytics through data analysis and PPC
* Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), SEM Rush, Word press, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Facebook Business Manager, Pinterest, Google Ads, SEO, Adobe Suite/Canva, NetSuite, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
* A naturally inquisitive and curious mind wanting to find solutions to drive more traffic to our client’s website and ecommerce site.
* Create engaging and impactful social media content to drive traffic websites.
* Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns, measuring and testing results.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Able to travel to client site in Alton.
