Role: Digital Marketing Executive br br Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply. br Reports To: Head of Marketing Growth br Location: This is an office role based in a converted manor house in Liphook br Hours : Full-time position; 35 hours per week br Rocksteady: The largest and fastest growing Rock School in the world. Rocksteady have been delivering progressive and inclusive music lessons for over 15 years, sending passionate musicians into schools to teach primary school children how to perform music in a band. br Our Vision: To transform music education, for the next generation, globally. br Our Mission: Empower as many children as possible and transform their lives through progressive and inclusive music education which directly improves their wellbeing, confidence, and life skills. br The role: br The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Head of Marketing Growth, to support the delivery of Rocksteady's digital strategy. Leading on website management and the set up and monitoring of campaigns across paid socials and google. br Build, optimise and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other digital platforms to support brand awareness, lead generation and recruitment br Monitor key digital metrics/data across various platforms (organic/paid social, other paid ads, organic channels such as GMB, and SEO) br Review and make recommendations for content for our online presence/profiles such as Glassdoor, Indeed, Google My Business, Bing Places etc. br Build reports and dashboards to facilitate analysis of digital marketing activity br Support with SEO efforts to improve organic visibility of our website br Make content changes via the website CMS as required, ensuring website admin best practice br Help to develop and optimise campaign landing pages br Collaborate on organic social content planning and ideas br Monitor the digital marketing space for trends, competitor analysis and insights br Support the HoM with budget tracking and martech subscriptions br Ensure tracking is utilised across all marketing activity br Monitor digital trends and technologies and share any key findings with team br Experience & Expertise br Experience in a digital or campaign marketing role br Basic best practice SEO knowledge br Confident digital campaign building, monitoring and optimising br An eye for campaign tracking and data analysis br Data confident with good excel skills br A desire to work in a purpose driven business br Collaborative team player br Martech experience br Reporting platforms such as Looker Studio br Website CMS (WordPress a bonus) br Paid ad platforms – Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. br Google Analytics 4 br CRM experience desirable br Benefits br 35 hours working week br 25 days holiday plus bank holidays br Annual staff bonus br Work in our office which is a beautiful, converted manor house in rural Hampshire with vast grounds complete with its own lake and orchard. br Free onsite parking br Personal development opportunities br Benefits package including discounts on everyday purchases, free 24/7 GP service and more. br Fun – through annual staff away-day, Christmas party and opportunities to socialise with other like-minded and passionate individuals throughout the year. br Opportunities to work with the Rocksteady Foundation, reaching children and young people in charities and support groups across the UK. br Additional Information br We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and expect all our staff to share this commitment. br As this role involves regular work with children and young people, and meets the definition of regulated activity, it is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
