By nurturing, inspiring and enriching our relationships with our artisan craftspeople, our clients, the communities we support and our partners, our goal is to help shape remarkable interior beauty.The role: We are looking for someone capable of representing the company in alignment with the company vision to create a remarkable and lasting interior beauty in the world for our clients. They would need to have an interest in luxury craft and interiors, be proficient in content creation and using digital marketing tools and able to provide outstanding presentation of our story to the wider world.The goal of this role is to give special focus to our digital communications both visual and written, brand story-telling and presentation, while real-time engaging with our audience. As a new role, the emphasis is on supporting a dynamic and rapidly growing Sales and Marketing department and building a solid foundation to take us to the next level.The key aim is to coordinate and implement digital output for marketing campaigns while identifying opportunities to reach new leads, to secure new business, build lifetime clients for the company, and promote the uniqueness of Cox London design. The position is based at our Head Office in Tottenham Hale, with occasional visits to the Pimlico Road Showroom.Key Responsibilities Include • Supporting The Sales & Marketing Department.• Executing the Social Media Strategy, including working with agencies to deliver paid advertising.• Delivering email marketing campaigns and driving subscriber growth and engagement.• Updating and optimising the brand's website and blog.• Supporting marketing projects such as events, managing timelines and reporting on success metrics.• Maintaining the marketing and content schedule and library. • Creating content for all channels including graphics, reels, video and copy writing.Skills and Behaviours (essential) • Education and/or experience in Digital Marketing.• Excellent copywriting skills and communication.• Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.• Graphic Design and Content Creation. • Working with Brand Guidelines. • Proficient in using Social Media platforms, scheduling and analytic tools. • Creative and data driven mindset. • Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge and Experience (desirable) • Practical Understanding of Paid Digital Media.• Data handling and visualisation.• Technical understanding of platform integration.• Strong interest in Interiors & luxury brands.• BA/MA in Digital Marketing/Interiors or Arts /Marketing & Comms.Benefits • 28 days holiday (incl.
