This position requires a creative and analytical thinker who can manage multiple digital channels and campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action.Optimise content for the website and social networking channels for SEO and overall visibility.Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on social media ROI.Conduct market research to identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.Collaborate with internal departments and external clients.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong project management skills.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their CVs using the Apply Now button by Friday 19th July 2024 at 5pm.This role is based in Belfast five days per week with one day of hybrid working following a successful probation period.Join Staffline and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to making a positive impact in the recruitment industry.
