Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in the execution and optimization of paid search and social media campaigns. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and manage paid search and social media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals, focusing on metrics such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance trends.
Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platform-specific dashboards.
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop comprehensive paid media strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on campaign progress and results.
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
