THE ROLEThis is a brand-new role, created to help take our ambitious marketing team to the next level. Looking after two industry leading beer brands, Ossett Brewery and SALT, we are at an exciting phase of our growth journey.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a genuine love of all things digital. Fundamentally, you will have a real flair for brand communications, finding the joy in great copywriting and innovative marketing techniques. Keeping on top of general marketing and industry trends will come naturally to you. You enjoy reporting on progress, turning data into insights and insights into action. Your digital realm will be organised and structured at its foundation, enabling you and the wider team to react in an agile manner, responding effectively to fast-turnaround projects as required. Our social media strategy will be yours to shape and perfect as we progress.DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Creation of social media strategy for both brands, working closely with the Head of Marketing, supporting the wider marketing strategy Regular reporting, measuring what is and isn’t working, focusing on continuous improvement for the department, linking back to core KPIs Community management, responsible for managing all comments, tagged posts, and DMs on behalf of the brands Copywriting for social media content, becoming a champion of brand tone of voice Management of paid ad campaigns using Meta ads, supporting product launches and our growing ecommerce offering Bringing a balance of strategic and creative thinking to the table; brainstorming compelling campaigns and activations, assisting with creation Supporting overarching marketing efforts from photoshoots to events support, there will always be a few things that fall just outside of digital marketingKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Generalist marketing skills with proven experience shaping digital marketing strategy Good understanding and habit of reporting, data and performance analysis Knowledge of social media best practice, keeping up to date with platform updates Strong copywriting skills, specialising in tone of voice development Project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Solid experience using the Meta Business Suite, specifically Ads ManagerJob Type: Full Time, PermanentSalary: £30,000-£35,000 pa depending on experienceLocation: Onsite
