We're now seeking a proactive and motivated Marketing Executive to join our Belfast operations team.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our expanding Belfast team. Working closely with the Operations team and Recruiters, your goal will be to strengthen our brand and establish Reperio Human Capital as one of the top tech recruitment consultancies across Ireland and the USA.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for our marketing function within Reperio Human Capital across our Irish and US operations.
• You will support the development and execution of the Reperio's marketing strategy.
• Introduce creative, innovative ideas to enhance our marketing presence.
• Oversee advertising allocations across different business units.
• Create marketing campaigns, blogs, and other content for our company website.
• Manage and update social media platforms regularly.
• Oversee website performance, analyse traffic, and produce actionable reports.
• Manage internal & external communications, including creating monthly newsletters.
• Assist in organising company events and team incentives.
• Edit and design promotional materials.
