In the role of digital marketing lead, you will think data first and have a growth mindset with a strong commercial focus. You will be strategic, creative and have the ability to build solid, collaborative relationships. Your role will include the following: br Planning and executing all digital marketing – including PPC, Paid App, Lead gen and other test channels through both agencies and internal teams br Measuring and reporting on performance of campaigns and assessing against goals (traffic. CVR and CPA) br Supporting monthly and annual planning with robust, insight-based recommendations br Regularly review competitor activity and deliver a competitive advantage through targeting, creative and channel mix br Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance br Use a range of analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points br Management and measurement of digital and website performance against KPI’s br Maintain GDPR compliance across all digital acquisition activity br Who are we looking for? br Extensive experience in digital marketing br Experience managing large budgets br PPC/PaidApp experience br Degree level qualified br Expert knowledge in GoogleAds, GA4, Firebase and Excel br Strong attention to detail/accuracy and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously br Complementary analytical and creative ability br Growth mindset and able to push boundaries/challenge the status quo br What happens next? br Please click apply and if we think you are a good match, we will be in touch to arrange an interview. br Applicants must prove they have the right to work in the UK. br All successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check. br Unsolicited agency applications will be treated as a gift. br #INDLP
