A new Digital Marketing Manager - Professional Services role for a Yorkshire based firm. This will be a highly autonomous, position, which will involve managing digital campaigns, creating content, and working with the Senior Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing strategy.

My client are a well established professional services firm with offices in Leeds and Huddersfield. With an established marketing team, they are looking to appoint a digital marketing specialist to their team.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager will include:

  • Execute the Digital marketing plan, managing online marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse marketing activity results and report marketing KPIs.
  • Conduct research on target markets and monitor competitor's marketing efforts.
  • Manage multi-channel communications for B2B lead generation and brand awareness, website development, SEO, PPC, social media, direct mail, email, advertising, and PR.
  • Measure marketing effectiveness, report campaign ROI, and provide monthly KPI and budget reports.
  • Ensure the brand aligns with its market value proposition.
  • Coordinate campaign activities through the CRM system - Hubspot.

Profile

The ideal Digital Marketing Manager - Professional Services will have:

* 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing
* Industry experience within professional services, such as financial, or legal.
* Competence in the use of CRM databases - Hubspot would be preferable
* Ability to work with a content management system of a website
* Strong eye for design, with keen attention to detail
* Understanding of Pay Per Click and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
* Familiarity with social media and social management tools
* Strategic thinking capabilities, delivering project goals on time and within budget
* Highly organised, self-motivated, able to prioritise and manage own time effectively
* Team player, willing to provide hands-on help as part of the team
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others effectively
* Sound numeracy and database skills for analytics and data analysis
* Confident and outgoing personality with a proactive approach to tasks
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
