Job DescriptionDigital Marketing ManagerLeeds, West Yorkshire£28k-£35k plus excellent benefitsOur client is a successful online retailer and they have a requirement for a Digital Marketing Manager. Your main focus will be optimising their B2B and B2C websites, maximising sales through merchandising, UX and on-site conversion. You will manage an assistant, who will help with the more administrative elements of this. You will also be responsible for both the strategy and execution of performance marketing (paid digital advertising, SEO and email). You’ll need to work closely with other members of the marketing team in order to leverage content, data and promotions and drive ROAS in these channels. In short, the successful candidate will apply their ecommerce experience to optimise their website portfolio, email performance and user experience.Key Responsibilities:Achievement of KPIs for website and performance marketing channelsRevenue and cost management with a focus on customer conversion to online purchasingDrive customer engagement and sales with a focus on upsell, cross sell and increasing customer retentionSupport the brand teams in planning and delivering product, campaign and promotion launchesManage and optimise UX best practices across the website including search results, product merchandising and utilising user flow heatmapping to direct decisions.Create, manage and optimise Google and Meta ad campaignsCreate and manage website content (homepages, navigation, landing pages, PLPs, PDPs) Collaborate with our external agencies to maximize the value of partnerships and establish a strategic road map for the development of websites.Create, monitor and optimise the performance of website promotions and campaignsOn-page and technical SEOOversee email marketing platform, as well as creating and managing workflows to improve the UXAnalyse and report on the performance of all our digital marketing channelsStay updated on ecommerce and performance marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Requirements:Experienced Digital Marketing professional who has been ‘hands-on’ with all of the responsibilities outlined aboveTrack record in improving online sales performance, conversion, UPT, AOV and minimising customer drop offExperienced in using ecommerce platforms, ideally BigCommerceExperienced in the following platforms is ideal but not essential: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Klaviyo, Attraqt and StylaAbility to confidently communicate at all levels, including with senior managementStrong analytical and numerical skills with a close eye for detail
