Salary: �35k - �45k (depending on experience)

Location: West Sussex (3 days office / 2 days home)

In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage all aspects of our digital marketing strategy. You'll be a creative thinker with a deep understanding of the latest trends and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Craft and refine captivating content for all your online channels, from websites and social media to email and beyond.�


• Uncover the keywords your audience searches for and leverage SEO tactics to boost your organic search ranking and online visibility.


• Design and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns to achieve brand recognition, audience interaction, and lead acquisition goals.�


• Amplify social media presence through strategic planning, consistent posting, attentive monitoring, and engaging with your audience.�


• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of your digital marketing efforts, delivering regular reports and insights to refine your campaigns.�


• Spearhead paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn to generate targeted traffic and conversions.


• Maintain and expand multiple WordPress websites, including an e-commerce store.�

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in the technology industry.


• Understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.


• Skilled in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, WordPress, Canva, and analytics.


• Experience with Shopify


• A creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Experience with marketing automation tools and graphic design software a plus.
