Digital Marketing ManagerExclusive opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading London property firm on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will have a broad channel remit and be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns and BAU, with the support of agencies for channel executions.Hybrid working: 3 or 4 days in London office, 1 or 2 from home.£70,000 + BonusRoles & responsibilities:Develop and lead the company digital marketing strategyLead the agency relationship for digital acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social etc)Optimise performance across paid media channels & digital acquisition through regular development and implementation of creative ideas with internal teams and agency consultancyLead PPC & SEO strategy in conjunction with agency & team support for executionMonitor and report on channel and organic performance via GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and other data sources to provide in depth insight on performanceAdopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities identifying areas to grow, run tests and improve channels to optimise ROILead & manage on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to identify conversion improvements with on-site activity (including A/B testing) or channel/traffic acquisitionActing commercially at all times; continually review the cost base and search for efficiencies in delivering ahead of forecastResponsible for leading and managing new content on the website to enhance engagementOversee technical management of CRM tool (Hubspot) from a customer acquisition/retention perspectiveLead the customer data strategy, in terms of owning the customer data and following best practice in terms of a single customer view and ability to analyse and segment this dataSkills & experience:Strong experience across digital marketing channels and website managementExceptional communication, creative, strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skillsStrong stakeholder managementAnalytics and ROI assessmentComfortable managing an allocating digital marketing budget to ensure maximise ROIIn return, we offer a comprehensive benefits plan to help you meet your health and wellness, financial and lifestyle needs:Hybrid working (3 days in London office, 2 from home)Performance bonusLife Assurance25 days holiday per annumGenerous Pension PlanGreat opportunities to develop and progress in your careerA flexible, diverse and inclusive working cultureIf you have the experience and are interested in discussing further, please get in touch ASAP with your current CV: ##### VMA GROUP is a leading international interim, contract, temporary and permanent recruitment and executive search specialist.
