This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and achieve our digital KPI’s.In the role of Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be involved in developing our multi-channel communication strategies across our three core global divisions, with a key focus on our sub-brand within the Forensic Accounting division. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for digital and exercising the latest industry trends.The Digital & Projects team includes a Paid Media Specialist, Data & Marketing Analyst and Digital Marketing Executive all of which will help to support the Digital Marketing Manager.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising for a variety of audiences and markets that Davies target.Maintain and help to grow our social media presence. Key focus around growing the Davies brand globally, ensuring we project a consistent brand message.Collaborate with our internal team to develop and continuously improve the Davies Intranet and other internal digital platforms.Strategise and help to deliver a new global website for Davies which delivers a strong UX for all user groups.Help to manage the BAU website pipeline for a variety of websites and digital platforms that fall under the Davies brand. Working closely with the internal development team and third parties to deliver consistent results.Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate representation of ROI across activities within our CRM system.Assist with the management of the contact database within our CRM and develop lead generation activities.Working with our marketing analyst to identify trends to optimise spend and performance based on data analysis.Record and edit podcasts to generate positive publicity on a variety of topics.Work with the wider MarComms team to plan new and innovative growth strategies to help optimise campaigns and achieve results around the business divisions.Utilise a variety of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, Dynamics CRM) to deliver the digital strategy.Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.Monitors and routinely reports on competitor activity.Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate our digital marketing strategies and processes.Key skills and experience requiredExtensive experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Financial or Professional Services market.Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels.Ability to develop and execute strategies for increasing engagement and driving conversions.Experience in leading and managing a team of digital marketing professionals.Strong analytical skills with experience in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Dynamics or equivalent enterprise CRM systems).Basic knowledge of HTML, PHP/MySQL, CSS, Servers and Apple and Android appsExperience editing and recording podcasts.Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing.Ability to adapt digital marketing strategies to align with industry standards and customer expectations.Proven ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members.Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.Ability to manage conflicting priorities, multitask and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal English.Excellent problem-solving skills, drive, and initiative.Why work for DaviesDavies are committed to being a diverse and inclusive workplace.
