We are actively working to ensure that we as an agency more fully reflect the society around us. What you will do…This role offers a unique opportunity to join one of Unlimited’s largest automotive clients working in an in-house agency team. As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in delivering digital coaching sessions, email and other digital marketing campaigns, utilising Zapier for automation purposes and co-hosting / co-presenting at digital and in-person events.The role is required to support our Ireland based clients and as such will need to have the ability to be in territory one week per calendar month. This is to facilitate dealer relationships and deliver field-based projects and consultancy.Campaign Managers are proactive self-starters with strong campaign delivery skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to engage audiences through various digital channels. All of this will be set around a roadmap and clear KPIs. Specifically, you will:·
Assist in the delivery / activation of digital campaigns across various platforms, including Meta and Google Ads, from timeline management through to budget approval, publishing and troubleshooting.·
Support the launch and delivery of a new Influencer programme applicable to a select number of dealers·
Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of digital coaching sessions aimed at providing valuable insights and support to our Ireland dealer network with campaign delivery·
Develop and support the implementation of email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads and promote national and dealer-localised campaigns.·
Contribute to creating compelling content/presentations to be used at virtual or in-person conferences and webinars.·
Act as a co-presenter at in-person conferences, effectively delivering presentations and engaging with attendees to drive awareness and support the education of attendees on specific digital marketing topics.·
Utilise Zapier to automate workflow and streamline processes related to campaign delivery, lead generation and data management.·
Support the monitoring of campaign performance and effectiveness, analysing metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.·
Communicate new industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital marketing and online engagement with the wider digital team.·
Support workflows and project tasks using Monday.com, ensuring clear communication, accountability and progress tracking across the team.·
Co-present weekly updates to the client, providing clear and concise updates on campaign progress, key milestones and performance metrics.·
Update status sheet trackers to provide real-time visibility into campaign milestones and deliverables.·
Provide regular competitive landscape research on other automotive brands and dealerships, in terms of offers, products and events, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and competitive.·
Liaise with the wider internal team, such as creative and digital, to share learnings and best-practice.·
Assist with media spend and retainer billing for clients on the account.
What you will need to succeed … ·
Experience gained within a similar digital marketing role, agency or client-side, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.·
Knowledge of social and digital marketing techniques, including social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, copywriting, influencer marketing, SEO and content planning, with a clear understanding of their use and application.·
A confident, clear communicator who can present and work with experienced senior stakeholders.·
A self-starter who wants to grow your responsibilities and experience.·
Solid presentation, written and verbal communications skills.·
An understanding of the automotive industry, and specifically the changing role played by dealer networks would be a great advantage ·
The ability and enthusiasm to travel between client locations (Ireland based) and value the importance of face to face meetings / presentations.Candidate must hold a Full UK Driving Licence
