Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Cornwall, UK (Hybrid Role - 2 days in office) Salary - £35k - £50k DOE Amazing offices. Passionate about creating innovative and effective digital marketing and media campaigns that deliver real results for their clients. They work with a diverse range of businesses, from award winning marketing agencies, small startups to large enterprises and , providing a full suite of services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web design. The Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join their lovely growing team. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, providing expert advice on digital strategy and how to best leverage the agency's services. You will be responsible for: Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor on all things digital. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies across all channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. Team Leadership: Line managing a team of six, including an Account Manager and SEO specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Project Management: Overseeing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, identifying key metrics, and generating insightful reports for clients. Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with multiple clients and managing multiple projects - preferably from a marketing / media agency background. Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of all channels. Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Experience in team leadership and mentorship. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Passionate about digital marketing and delivering exceptional client service.
