We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our leadership in achieving our ambitious goals.Position OverviewWe're in search of a highly driven Digital Marketing Coordinator, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, with a keen emphasis on data. The perfect candidate will bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, showcasing a track record of executing data-driven campaigns across various online platforms. This role will be instrumental in leveraging data insights to develop and optimize digital marketing initiatives, ultimately driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.ResponsibilitiesSpearhead digital marketing campaigns across various channels: social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.Create captivating content for digital platforms including websites, social media, newsletters, and blogs, ensuring brand consistency.Expand and manage social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, handling scheduling, engagement metrics, and timely responses.Drive email marketing initiatives from segmentation to content creation, scheduling, and tracking, aiming to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Enhance organic search visibility and rankings through keyword research and on/off-page SEO tactics, monitoring performance metrics for adjustments.Employ digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and furnish regular reports.Collaborate with diverse teams, internally and externally, to align digital marketing efforts with overarching business objectives, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content creation, and social media management.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and others.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.What We OfferA dynamic, creative, and supportive work environment where your ideas are valued and your contributions are celebrated.The opportunity to work with a passionate team that’s redefining the luxury e-commerce space.Professional development opportunities in a fast-growing startup
