Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary: �45,000 - �50,000

Location: Bracknell

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Strategize campaigns and collaborations for TikTok Shop
• Organise affiliate links and promotions for TikTok Shop
• Track click-to-buy performance, proactively analysing trends for effective campaign creation
• Work with the Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive branding across multiple channels
• Experiment with new AI technologies to support digital campaigns
• Use data and insights to continually refine strategies
• Work effectively with departments such as sales, customer service and logistics

Skills and experience:

• A whizz with TikTok including TikTok Shop
• A proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools for data and insights
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire a team
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with different departments and external partners
