We produce exceptional sparkling wine, but always keep in mind that the reference to exceptional goes beyond wine, it extends to every touch point of the brand.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to oversee website SEO, manage PPC campaigns, ensure optimal website performance, and execute effective email marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with external partners and internal teams, monitor and report on web analytics, lead on email marketing campaigns and optimisation. Additionally, the role involves managing external digital partnerships to support overall marketing objectives.The Digital Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing the company’s online presence and driving digital marketing performance through effective management of SEO, PPC campaigns, website functionality and content, web analytics, email marketing campaigns, and external digital partnerships.This position will work closely with Head of Digital, Head of Brand, Digital Team and wider marketing team, Head Winemaker, Winemaker, Sales team, Finance team, creative and digital agencies, as well as various vendor and provider representatives.Responsibilities: Website SEO Management: Ensure the company’s website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO. Work with SEO consultant to ensure implementation of best practices for on-page and off-page SEO to improve search engine rankings. Conduct regular SEO audits and monitor site health to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.PPC Management: Oversee PPC campaigns managed by external agencies. Coordinate with agencies to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives. Monitor PPC performance and optimize for maximum ROI.Website Management: Ensure the functionality and performance of the website, optimizing user experience and flows. Keep website content current, relevant, and engaging. Manage the website’s journal, ensuring regular updates with high-quality content.Website Reporting: Use web analytics tools to monitor site performance, track visitor behaviour, building actionable insights to inform site strategy and functionality. Provide regular reports on website performance. Use insights from data to make data-driven improvements to the website.External Digital Partnerships: Manage relationships with external digital partners. Identify and establish new digital partnerships to enhance marketing efforts. Ensure partnerships align with and support the company’s digital marketing goals. Advise and manage on digital partnerships for business growth.Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO, PPC and website management. Analytically strong and able to take an evidence-led approach to enhancing our digital performance. Strong track record of delivering growth and driving impact within an organisation.Proficiency with web analytics tools and email marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo).Strong understanding of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.Experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably with agency collaboration.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.Knowledge of CMS systems and understanding of development languages.Experience of working in a luxury environment is essential and spirits/wine industry would be highly beneficial.Wine related qualification – WSET Diploma or similar is desirable.A degree or professional qualification in marketing-related discipline such as Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) would be preferred.The Nyetimber Experience: Be a part of the world renowned English sparkling wine and multi award winning wine producer.Work for a true British heritage brandBeautiful Mayfair office locationHybrid working policy (3:2 office: home)Excellent development, growth, and progression opportunities23 days holidayGenerous staff purchasing privileges.5% PensionLife AssuranceSimply Health Cash planPerkbox
