This role is pivotal in managing and delivering SaaS projects, ensuring they meet our clients' needs and align with our company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within a SaaS environment and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and finalize digital projects within the SaaS domain according to strict deadlines and within budget.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage resource allocation, and track project milestones and deliverables.Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure seamless project execution.Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions and escalating where necessary.Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.Manage relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably within the SaaS industry.Proven experience in managing full project lifecycles from initiation to delivery.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary up to £55,000.Flexible hybrid working environment with the opportunity to work remotely and in our Cardiff office.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Professional development opportunities.A collaborative and innovative work culture.Join our team and be a part of a forward-thinking company where your contributions will make a significant impact.
