We are looking for a talented digital project manager to join the Vibe team. You will play a key role in the delivery of our projects, working closely with our clients along with our internal design and development team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standard. You’ll have a friendly team around you to help you settle in, challenging projects to get stuck into and opportunities to advance and take on more responsibility over time.If you are passionate about digital, excel at problem-solving, and happen to be one of the most organised people on the planet, we’d love to hear from you! Tasks will include:Work closely with clients to create project plans, outlining detailed requirements and timelines.Manage client expectations, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.Ensure accurate time tracking is maintained across all projects to ensure projects stay on trackIdentify potential risks and issues that could impact timelines, budget, or quality.Act as the key contact for project health within the agency, staying on top of status, next steps, and challenges.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.Provide regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and next steps.Help shape workflows and implement necessary processes to enhance efficiency.We're looking for:At least 3+ years of project management experience in digital or creative agencies.Experience in agile methodologies.A good understanding of the website design and development processes.Proven ability to independently manage digital projects from concept to delivery.Confidence in communicating with both internal teams and clients.Excellent time management and organisational skills.A proactive approach to improving processes and procedures within the agency.A commitment to delivering work to the highest possible standard.BenefitsSalary £36,000 - £42,000 depending on prior experience30 days holiday + Christmas breakFlexible hoursWork from home or officeCompany pensionPrivate medical insuranceWork in an open, friendly and supportive atmosphereModern office space with excellent facilities on a university campusTeam eventsTraining opportunitiesAttend industry eventsWorking from homeYou will have the option of working from home or from our office in Chelmsford.
