You are an innovative HR professional who is energised by coaching employees and leaders and creating teams that work together and win together. You are comfortable working with any level of employee or manager, have a knack at reading a situation, navigating sensitivities and finding creative solutions to people issues. This is a dynamic role with responsibility for deploying global people strategies and policies aligned to the local market conditions across various countries in our EMEA Theatre.This is a senior role for which we are looking to hire a HR leader/strategic HRBP who will be looking to continue their journey in a cutting edge global tech company going through hypergrowth with over 15000 Employees.
