Director, Client Services London | £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus | Hybrid WorkingKey Highlights:New York global HQ, with EMEA HQ based in London.85% YoY Growth in the UK Market (On target to reach 150% this year)Smart custom search technology, working with advertisers, agencies & publishers.European expansion (last 12 months) into France, Germany, Spain, Italy & Poland.Significant % employee growth Internationally.About the Opportunity This platform allows paid search teams at both brand and agencies to diversify their paid search campaigns and have an alternative to Google.Budgets for Paid Search are massive but brands are growing frustrated by the lack of incremental revenue from Google, they have created a smart piece of technology that allows for spend across a wide variety of alternatives including publisher sites.What does the role entail?Own all client retention and the growth strategy to continue to drive excellent results for brands.Manage and lead a growing team, being the lead across all accounts within that team.Work collaboratively with the wider client services team, ensuring all day-to-day account management and campaign activation tactics are monitored and following due process.Be a storyteller, help understand your clients challenges with PPC, enabling them to utilise the platform, translate their data and drive efficient campaign outcomes.Spot the opportunities, consistently looking at alternatives and opportunities to drive client growth.What background do we need?You can either come from an agency background, with enterprise level experience within PPC (working on large scale brands) or previously holding a similar role within a search based technology business.Experienced in client management, leadership and team management (running a team of 2 minimum).A background in platform, using data & insights to identify & solve problems.Confidence with tracking and attribution and incrementality studies.
