Director Credit Risk Management

Our client, a leading mid- market debt provider, is looking to identify a highly experienced LBO Credit Director, with particular focus on Large Cap sponsor and cross- over transactions. key skills and experience: Deep and extensive credit knowledge to provide credit risk and market risk assessment of net take and underwriting positions, with particular focus on Large Cap sponsor and Cross- over corporate transactions. Proven ability to lead, manage and develop a team of VP/ AVP Credit Officers. Thorough knowledge LBO risk Strong people skills. Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels including deal Team Leaders. Broad experience within Leveraged Finance. strong numerical and financial skills with an ability to review and interpret financial models.
