Role and Responsibilities:Microsoft Dynamics Expertise: Provide expert consulting and advisory services with a strong grasp of Microsoft Dynamics. Possess sufficient technical knowledge to effectively guide clients without being overly technical.Industry Trends: Adapt to the growing shift with more clients in manufacturing, retail, and CPG industries adopting Microsoft Dynamics solutions.Consulting Objectives: Design target operating models for clients' finance functions. Lead end-to-end projects from front-end validation to deployment, incorporating both functional and technical best practices.Industry Experience: Demonstrate proven experience in specific industries. Stay engaged with clients throughout their transformation, driving value and achieving business outcomes in manufacturing, retail, CPG, and healthcare.Domain Credibility: Bring expertise in finance transformation, including the redesign of financial processes and systems, ensuring integration with business operations.Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges. Develop and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics to meet business objectives.Senior Manager / Director: Expect to have sales, commercial, and new business experience, including bids, proposals, RFPs, and pricing within the solution offering.Leadership and Collaboration: Lead project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful delivery.
