My client - a global commodity business intelligence provider - is seeking a dynamic Director of Customer Success for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial for leading their global customer success team and driving transformation across the organization.We are looking for a strategic leader who can transform teams and processes in high-growth environments. Responsibilities:Lead the transformation of the Customer Success department to support growth ambitions.Assess and optimize team structure, including hiring as needed.Inspire and manage teams responsible for customer adoption, strategic account management, and global account support.Oversee the customer journey from onboarding to retention and growth.Collaborate with sales and product teams to align and enhance strategies.Present team successes and strategic initiatives to the executive team.Qualifications:Experience in building or transforming a large customer success department.Proven success in executing growth strategies.Leadership experience in high-performing customer success or sales teams – subscription business experience is required.
