Director of Cyber Security & Resilience

Director of Cyber Security & Resilience- West Midlands - �110,000 (hybrid 1-2 days a week on site)
I am working with a manufacturing business based in West Birmingham who are looking for a Director to come in to lead their Cyber Security capability and delivery on a number of key projects. This would include but not limited to security audits, delivery of security frameworks, network access controls, BYOD, Migration in to Azure, Windows 11 migrations and many others!

This role is ideal for a Head of Cyber Security with the breadth to be able to deliver on a range of projects who wants a very varied role. There is scope to make a real difference, and roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Security certifications (CISSP, CISM etc) would be nice but not a need for this role, the most important aspect is someone who can deliver without a big team around them. Flexibility is the aim of the game for this role, no two days the same and no one in the team is siloed in what they do.
