Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic business planning, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Oversee strategic support services, including Business Insights, IT, and Procurement functions.
• Support the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Non-Executive Directors with robust service delivery plans.
• Create and implement a digital change agenda, identifying solutions for both conventional and complex business challenges.
• Foster a culture of learning and innovation through digital transformation, including artificial intelligence.
• Forge strong partnerships with public, private, voluntary, and community sector organisations.
• Promote collaborative ways of working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide clear leadership to direct and indirect reports.
• Develop short and long-term strategies to ensure positive outcomes for the organisation and its customers.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in creating and implementing digital change agendas.
• Strong IT, business insights, procurement and strategic planning experience.
• Commercial and political acumen with effective influencing skills.
• Ability to build productive partnerships across various sectors.
• Strategic thinking and risk management skills.
• A commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
