Split of remote working & onsite in London Role Overall responsibility for the engineering and QA teams across all territories Help guide and take us through a potential exit/IPO Work closely with the senior Engineering Managers to deliver engineering to the highest level. Collaborate with Product and Delivery Directors to allow a seamless process flow from product through to delivery Maintain the platform s codebase - We currently have 97% test coverage Work alongside our hiring team to assist with our global expansion Requirements Experience as a Head of Engineering/ CTO /Director, ideally in a fast-scaling business Strong Engineering Background across both FE & BE Experienced in the B2B SaaS sector Strong leadership skills / Strong team player and collaborator Lead complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders & deliver to targets Being personable and having a people first mindset Remote flexibility, Personal Training Budget, Health Insurance, Dental, Eyecare, EAP, Perkbox, 25 days Holiday + BH, Pension 5% contribution, Enhanced maternity and paternity, Death in Service (4 x salary), Season ticket loan.
