Director of Engineering - Remote UK Circa £140K + Bonus Office Location: London (Occasional office requirement) My client is a global dynamic and innovative health technology company at the forefront of their industry. Their commitment to excellence has driven their rapid growth, and we are looking for a Director of Engineering to make a huge impact on their engineering teams across the UK and Europe! The ideal candidate will need a strong engineering pedigree, first-class leadership skills, delivery track record, stakeholder management and significant experience delivering digital product experiences. This role is also a key member of the Technology Leadership Team and will work with the CTO to ensure we achieve maximum impact with restructuring the engineering function. Requirements: Demonstrable track record of delivering business and customer value through technology innovation Comfortable managing numerous engineering teams rolling out projects successfully Experience working with engineering team sizes of 50+ engineers across the UK and Europe Business acumen as well as a technical engineering focus Proven experience from growing with a company from early stages through funding stages in high-growth scenarios Strong Engineering pedigree with the ability to translate theory into practice to drive performance First-class leadership, capable of building and developing a highly engaged, high-performing, diverse, and talented team across multiple locations with clearly defined career progression opportunities Experienced in building a strong engineering culture through customer obsession and striving for agility, autonomy, quality, and security Skilled at leveraging data to drive decisions and identify and implement improvement opportunities Passionate about innovation and exploring new technologies to drive business performance Have a genuine interest in growing a TechForGood organisation Please if any interest apply below! #J-18808-Ljbffr
