Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Our client, a global organisation with a presence in over 35 countries, is looking for a Senior F,P&A professional to join its finance function at Director level Director F,P&A Commercial. This role will suit a candidate with exposure to working in a large organisation in a commercial finance role, with a strong background in F,P&A and reporting. It offers the flexibility of working from home all the time or utilizing offices in Manchester if preferred. The candidate should come from a manufacturing background industries such as automotive or aerospace would be good starting points. Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly in areas dealing with many components, is key. What you can expect: Salary of between £100-110k DOE and Qualification, plus a 20% Bonus Choose where you work spend time at your home office or at the Head Office in South Manchester (must be UK based) Contributory pension and more The opportunity to work for a global brand with a turnover of circa £400m, catering to household name clients The Key Requirements: Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to explain details at an elevated level to C-Suite individuals in the UK and Internationally Experience with SAP and OR Power BI would be advantageous Advanced Excel skills Strong background in F,P & A Financial Planning and Analysis Understanding of how a large manufacturing business operates Proficiency in working with large datasets and/or databases for analysis and visual data creation A qualified accountant CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc. Role Responsibilities: Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, analyses, and reporting to senior leadership Support Commercial Directors in various reporting and analysis tasks Assist in pipeline and variance analysis, key account profitability analysis, and more Help identify strategic growth opportunities and assist with strategic projects Build and maintain financial models, evaluate processes, and drive efficiency improvements If you are interested in this role but do not have an updated CV, please contact Gavin Reynolds for a conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
