Required Qualifications:
Experience in senior roles within investment management or financial technology
Proven track record in man management and team leadership
Extensive experience in strategy development and execution
Deep understanding of product design and development in the financial sector

Comprehensive knowledge of financial assets including derivatives, forex, equities, fixed-income, ETFs, and CFDs
Proficiency in Python for algorithmic trading strategy development
Strong background in market and credit risk management
Experience with Execution Order Management Systems (OMS, EMS)
Familiarity with advanced portfolio optimization techniques and factor-based investing
Knowledge of ESG integration and regulatory compliance in investment processes
Experience in data integration from various sources and cloud-based solutions
Proven ability to manage highly customizable investment solutions
Background in agile development methodologies
