This individual contributor role involves working with sales, product, data science, and external partners while supervising Discord community moderators.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop quarterly marketing strategies to target specific audiences and achieve business goals. Clarify product value and positioning.Campaign Management: Plan and implement campaigns across key channels (Twitter, Discord, Medium, Email, Telegram) for product launches and ongoing promotion.Content Development: Create engaging content to tell the company’s story, manage social media accounts, and produce written/multimedia materials.Market Analysis: Conduct research and data analysis to understand user behaviour and Web3 trends.Required QualificationsAt least 3 years in a strategic marketing or management consulting role.Strong analytical and communication skills.Deep knowledge and marketing experience in DeFi.Experience in brand management and Interest in financial derivatives.Native English speaker.They are looking for someone meticulous with details, particularly in spelling, accuracy, and financial products.
