Director of New Product Engineering

Director of Innovation and New Product Engineering now required for a £20m plus Manufacturer of Construction Products.

You will be responsible for running and maintaining multiple projects at a time, steering them through all stages of the product, process and building engineering, producing cutting edge products that can be manufactured right first time, every time at the required output rate and cos.

This is all about improving and developing the products they offer from a building standard, manufacturing and assembly perspective.

• Lead the Product and Process Engineering teams
• Lead the development of existing and new construction products
• Lead the engineering specification of new development buildings.
• Define the requirements with the customer, architecture and project delivery team
• Manage a comprehensive project design library and the client brief.
• Improve Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA).

This is best suited to someone in the Manufacturing sector and living in the area of Salisbury, Portsmouth, Southampton, Basingstoke, Reading (M3) Open to those who want to travel further and stay away Mon-Thurs at their own costs.

Circa £120k Plus Car Allowance, Bonus and extra benefits.
