Operations DirectorWe are working with with a leading specialist in design and the delivery of HV grid connections. The business is looking to add an Ops Director to their senior leadership team. This is a KEY hire. The successful candidate will act as the number two for the Divisional Director. Responsibilities:Collaborate with the senior management team to achieve successful end-to-end delivery. Bring a strategic vision to streamline processes and drive the organisation towards its goals.Develop the operational management structure with particular focus on enabling planned growth. Skills/Experience Required:Energy/Renewables/Utilities industry experience 132kV project delivery experience, renewables is advantageous Experience at Senior Ops Manager/Head of/Director level Location -Suffolk/Remote Salary - £90,000 - £100,000 + Company Car and strong benefits package Operations Director
