Director of Operations

Boden Group are working with a soft service specialist FM provider to source an Operations Director in the London area. This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth organisation, who are looking to double its revenue in the next two years. As the operations director, you will be directly responsible for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their success and continued growth. Key points: will direct a portfolio of key customer accounts across London and the south, owning the operational and commercial activities.delivery of soft FM and workplace experience servicesand commercial responsibility for a large P&L (£15mil+)Development of contract scope across multiple clientsIdentification of new business opportunities and organic growthLeadership of management team and succession planningThis role will also be heavily involved in business transformation projects as a result of the projected growth, you will be expected to contribute to the creation of back-office functions and the creation of new business processes.
