We are looking for an Operations Director for a premium, guest obsessed hospitality business.The successful candidate will love hospitality, thrive on creating amazing guest experiences and be a committed and dedicated operator with a track record of success.With an eye for detail and a passion for getting the basics right every time, you’ll love spending time in the operation, coaching and mentoring your team of leaders and ensuring world class teams are built across the business.You will have a commercial mindset and demonstrable experience of delivering robust results and building strong performance. You’ll build an accountable team, aligned to the ambitious goals of the business and who share in your drive and dedication.Your hospitality experience could come from anywhere in the sector, hotels, venues, contract catering, bars, restaurants; what is essential is experience and success around delivering a quality product and environment, with people and customer experience at the heart.You must live on or be open to relocation to Scotland.
