Our approach is child-centric, evidence-based, and tailored to the unique needs of each child we serve.As the Director of Operations, you will be at the helm of our two thriving therapy centers in London. This role offers a significant opportunity to lead, shape, and expand our operations, ensuring operational excellence and driving our mission to support children's development. You will be taking over from the founder to manage day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and compassion.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across both therapy centers. Ensure operational efficiency, quality service delivery, and compliance with healthcare regulations.Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead strategic initiatives for business growth and operational improvements. Collaborate with the management team to set and implement short-term and long-term goals.Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of therapists and administrative staff. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability and sustainability.Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure the highest standards of therapy and care are maintained. Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Expansion and Business Development: Identify and pursue expansion opportunities. Drive initiatives to enhance the clinic's market presence and service offerings.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, educational institutions, and families.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
