Director of Operations

Our Client is a multinational Group, a global leader in the category they operate. For one of their sites in Wales we are looking for an experienced Director of Operations who strives for excellence and drives results, with extensive experience in Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Engineering, P&L management and budgeting, we are looking for a strong Leader with team building skills and hands on experience.Main responsibilities: Manage resources in order to guarantee safety, quality, efficiency and productivity targets for each single department;Promote the culture of continuous improvement by following the LEAN and TPM methodologies;Define and implement AM plans of all equipment, in order to always secure maximum efficiency;Secure compliance with BRC (British retail consortium) packaging and ISO 9001 standards;Respect Production plans provided by Planning Department with the purpose of obtain maximum customersatisfaction;Ensure compliance with standards and team training through the definition of safety, quality, work and maintenance instructions.
