Seeking a rockstar of an Operations Director to join our team...
It’s been quite the start for us since we became independent way (way) back in Feb 2023; since then, we’ve revamped the original Centre-Point, built the team at our Support Office, opened the HUGE Arcade Battersea and just recently, opened Arcade X on the Thames…. And we’re only just getting started!

Arcade - Operations Director:
We’re now looking for someone to take the helm, steering the ship and setting the course.

Lead and mentor our brilliant GMs
– this includes their development, progression and succession planning across the sites is in their vocabulary and ensure this filters through them and onto their teams
Training

Ensure the right information is filtered to the sites constructively
Sales & Marketing
, and the operations of our Food Halls ‘are one’
Health and safety,
‘scores on the door’ 90%+
Quality control
: consistency and efficiency across our food halls
…. Not forgetting:
P&Ls and financial management
.
The GMs have your full support to ensure sites are profitable, nothing drops below target and if anything does there is a clear action plan to resolve that the finance team are crystal clear on.
Our Operations Director Deal breakers....
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the branded restaurant sector.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management
Strong leadership abilities, you will mentor as well as lead our brilliant GMs who have 10 years + experience at running multisite operations and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Proven ability to manage an annual revenue of £25m+++
A passion for food and drink that go way beyond your professional career.
Data analysis and financial acumen to drive operational and strategic decision-making.
