Operations Director
to lead our team at Los Mochis Notting Hill, Los Mochis London City, and any future sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across the brand.
Manage the day-to-day operations of every department, establish company policies, implement necessary changes, and adhere to compliance procedures, laws, and regulations.
Monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements as needed.
Creating operation strategies to minimise stock losses, implementing initiatives to reduce company costs and increasing employee productivity
Manage and mentor a team of managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Providing all necessary reports, assisting management in goal setting, promoting company growth, and anticipating and forecasting trends and patterns of the company and marketplace.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Develop and manage operational budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements/skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach to resolving issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
Experience in budget planning and cost control.
Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes.
