Fresh Horizons is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. This part-time role will provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the organisation's continued growth and success.�While the role is primarily remote, occasional visits to properties and external networking meetings will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan.
- Oversee operational policies, procedures, and systems.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff members.
- Ensure effective fundraising and financial management.
- Build and maintain strong community relationships.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong strategic planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in senior leadership roles within the charitable sector.
- Knowledge of the homelessness sector or related social issues is desirable.
Hours: 20 hours per week
