INTROOur client is a programmatic supply-side platform with a unique offering that's gained traction over the last 3-4 years and is now entering a period of growth into a number of major international markets.We are now seeking a Director of Demand Partnerships to take ownership of driving demand revenue from DSPs primarily, but also other partner platforms.ROLE OVERVIEWWork with all major key DSP partners and operate at a senior levelDevelop and maintain lasting and mutually beneficial trading relationshipsManage regular and detailed quarterly business reviews to ensure optimal tactics and strategies are followed and KPIs are co-developed with our partnersUnderstand our partners' business needs and create a shared roadmap to deliver innovation for our client which will benefit the wider industryHelp identify and troubleshoot issues and deliver on promises; working closely with Technical, Product and Data teams to ensure evidence-based decision makingDeliver ongoing projects for the leadership team and inform on performance through the use of dashboards and analytics to support partnerships and overall company growthREQUIRED EXPERIENCE4-5+ years working in partnerships or account management within the adtech industrySolid understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including SSPs, DMPs but with a focus on DSPs partnerships.ABOUT YOUYour peers would describe you as a senior adtech partnerships expertWell networked and has gravitasYou'll ideally come from an SSP commercial background team and have experience of integrating with demand-side platformsYou have an accurate pulse of industry trends, challenges and opportunitiesAn ability to convert complex analysis into succinct business recommendationsYou thrive on change, disruption and executing against business goals and have been a key contributor to business growth and success in your previous roles and projectsWHAT'S ON OFFERWork in an area of the industry that's future-proofed in a post GDPR and post-cookie worldWork across international markets from a Central London office base, with hybrid WFH flexibility ongoingExtensive benefits including but not limited to company pension, critical health cover, life assurance, medical, health & wellness coaching and lifestye benefits and discounts + much moreA good balance of social activities from entertainment, rooftop drinks and sports relatedGenuine autonomy balanced with a real voice to help shape this scale-up's growth
