About the Role To lead the transformation and driving the performance of our combined Data Service Sales Operations team, as we transition to a One Data Services functional model. This global leadership position is responsible for overseeing and optimising sales processes. As well as reporting and driving an efficient Sales Operations team. The individual in this role collaborates closely with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. You demonstrate value by contributing to the growth of Data Services sales and revenue. Responsibilities Leading the strategic transformation of our Sales Operations teams. A brand-aligned approach to a functional-excellence structure, supporting the strategic objectives, leveraging scale, best practice and resources. This will include ensuring the right structural and talent changes across the Sales Operations teams. Developing a comprehensive roadmap of change, outlining clear objectives, milestones, and timelines. Guide the transition process and lead the Sales Operations team through aligned to business needs. Overseeing the standardisation and implementation of best practice to drive improvement of sales processes, policies and reporting. Collaborating closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and revenue enhancement. Championing the adoption and integration of innovative sales technologies and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity and simplification. Defining consistent and best practice KPIs and metrics to and work closely with sales leadership to implement within the business. Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within Sales Operations , empowering individuals to drive improvement across Data Services. Requirements Able to inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse and inclusive team of sales operations professionals. Provide direction, guidance, and support to drive performance and achieve objectives. Demonstrate an understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Proven ability to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement in Sales Operations. Able to lead change initiatives and drive organisational transformation and restructuring to achieve business goals. Display great strategic and operational experience working with sales data and systems including Salesforce. Solid background of sales reward and commission schemes to drive the correct performance and behaviour. Display excellent communication with exceptional influencing ability, both within the Sales Operations teams and across Data Services. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and prioritize customer needs and satisfaction in all Sales Operations initiatives. Have high levels of personal integrity and able to question business leaders to do the right thing. Deep understanding of market best practice in centralised Sales Operations functions in multi-tiered, maxtrixed organisation.
