Peregrine resourcing have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Talent and Capability to join our organisation. At Peregrine we drive digital transformation projects in large, complex organisations. Using a consultancy-led approach, we create ways to close digital skills gaps by providing fully in-house trained graduates along with specialist Business Change and IT technical talent. Peregrine is committed to creating a workplace where leaders inspire, talent thrives, and diversity is celebrated. The Director of Talent and Capability plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of leadership, talent, and organisational capability within our organisation. This multifaceted position involves overseeing HR functions, managing training and development initiatives, and driving our internal people plan. Additionally, the role oversees our Future Talent Programme, managing the team which recruits, trains and deploys graduates into our clients’ businesses. The role will entail all of the below and much more.People Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates. Oversee talent pipelines and ensure a diverse pool of candidates. Lead the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding for internal talent. Talent Acquisition Oversee the design and delivery of impactful learning programs to enhance individual and organisational capability. Identify skill gaps and create targeted development initiatives. Foster a learning culture that encourages professional growth. Learning and Development Devise and execute the people strategy for the Peregrine business. Address employee engagement and devise frameworks for performance management and career development.Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives. Future Talent Training Programmes Collaborate with business leaders, HR team, and external partners. Build strong relationships to drive talent-related initiatives.The right person for the role will ideally haveBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven senior-level experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, and organisational capability.Strong understanding of HR practices, talent acquisition, and learning methodologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionFor more information on this role please reach out or to apply please send a copy of your CV to #####
