About the Role:Risepoint is seeking a results and detailed-oriented Director of People Business Partnering to play a pivotal role in building and leading our international People function as well as the critical innovation function which is based in the US. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company and partner with a great business leader.Responsibilities:Business Partnership:Provide strategic talent advice and support to business leaders in the UK, Australia and US who are under the President, International and Market Innovation.Partner with senior management to ensure people related initiatives align with the overall business strategy.Develop effective relationships with internal and external partners to support the success of our international business (e.g., internal / external employment legal, benefits and payroll providers, finance and IT partners, etc.)Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in both countries.Employee Engagement:Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with Risepoint's values.Develop and implement programs to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.Delivering End-to-End people related Support:As the People Team point of contact in the UK and Australia, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive people related support to our employees across all functions. This includes:Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure a positive work environment.Labor Relations: Comply with all labor laws and regulations, manage union relations (if applicable), and represent Risepoint in various labor forums.Qualifications:Proven track record of success in a senior people leadership role, ideally within a global organization.Deep understanding of UK and Australian employment law and regulations.Experience in developing and implementing people-related strategy across multiple functions and countries.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in people operations or shared services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Proven experience with Workday is required.Experience in a global environment is required.Personal Attributes: High level of integrity and professionalism.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
