Our rapidly growing team of 30+ is based out of three office Tel Aviv, London and New York. We currently managing 2.5bn in assets and just announced a 600M first close of a new 1.5 billion alternative lending fund: ( /p p We provide flexible, tailored credit solutions to support the growth of tech-driven companies through two offerings: Growth Lending, designed to finance operational growth needs with minimal dilution, and Asset-Backed Lending for FinTech and PropTech lenders to fund origination activity from early stages across the U.S., U.K., Western Europe, the Nordics, Israel, Australia, and New Zealand. Leveraging extensive experience in banking, finance, and technology, Viola Credit is the lender of choice for the world's most promising technology companies at all stages of development. /p p Our European HW was established in London last year and we are looking for someone exceptional to join our growing team there. /p p Role & Responsibilities /p p It's a unique opportunity to join one of the most reputable and fast growing names in private credit lending. The role is for someone entrepreneurial, with experience and ambition to work closely with our Head of Europe in London to shape & grow the European franchise. It is important that you bring deal-making experience and ideally an existing European venture network. /p p You would be responsible for: /p ol li Expand the firms network and reputation in the venture capital and technology ecosystems across UK/ Europe. /li li Develop deal flow via myriad channels, including via key events in the UK and Europe, VC and startup networks, industry and university stakeholders, regional hubs and clusters. /li li Drive transactions from initial engagement to successful deal close, including structuring and negotiation and managing the investment process from start to finish /li li Lead deal analysis and commercial/financial due diligence, including interviews, financial modelling and preparation of investment memos working closely with analysts, associates, risk & legal team. /li li Portfolio management including ongoing monitoring and follow-on transactions. /li /ol p Requirements /p ol li 7-10 years relevant experience in a similar type of role, for example at another lower mid market private credit fund/bank investing in venture debt and asset backed lending transactions. /li li An entrepreneurial, tenacious, team player who is self-motivated and energetic. /li li Sound business judgement and ability to explore creative solutions to potential customers' needs and structure and negotiate commercial terms. /li li High level of professionalism and excellent credit analysis skills required. /li li Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and ability to understand and explain complex financial, commercial and technological topics. /li li Exceptional record of academic achievement. /li li Existing network with venture capital investors, technology founders in Europe is a plus. /li li Eligible to work in the UK. /li /ol p Other /p ol li Full time /li li Private health insurance as a benefit /li li Location: London, UK /li /ol p Due to the high volume of candidates, please be advised that only candidates selected to interview will be contacted by Viola Credit. /p
